Legal & Evidence
A WhatsApp photo of a property dispute, an accident scene, or a breach of contract can show exactly what happened — and still be challenged in court because there is no proof of when, where, or how it was captured. Vashix seals that proof into the photo at the moment it is taken, and generates the certificate the law asks for.

Any edit to a captured image breaks its cryptographic signature

Certificate and PDF generated on every capture — no extra step
An ordinary photo carries no reliable record of its origin. Metadata can be edited, timestamps can be forged, and the same image can be re-submitted from a different place months later. When the other side raises any of these doubts, the photo’s value collapses — not because it is fake, but because it cannot prove it is genuine.
Open the Vashix app at the site you need to document — a property, a vehicle, an accident scene
Capture the photos or a continuous video walkaround — GPS, device attestation, and timestamp are sealed in automatically
Each capture is signed at the moment it is taken — any later edit breaks the signature
Group related captures into a single case file — one tamper-evident bundle per matter
Export a court-oriented PDF with the chain of custody and a Section 63 BSA certificate, in one click
Share a read-only verification link with opposing counsel or the court so they can confirm authenticity independently
Every capture records who took it, on which attested device, at what GPS location and time. The image is hashed and signed on the spot, so any later modification is detectable. When you bundle captures into a case, that history travels with them — so you can show not just the photo, but the unbroken record of how it came to be.
Under Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, electronic evidence requires a specific certificate to be admissible. Vashix generates certificates designed to meet these requirements on every capture, so the paperwork is ready before you leave the site. Admissibility is ultimately determined by courts on a case-by-case basis.
