This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments work for all Vashix subscription plans. We aim to be transparent and fair.

Vashix ("Vashix", "we", "us") provides the Vashix photo verification platform as a subscription service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through our website (vashix.com) or dashboard.
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Vashix does not store your card details, UPI ID, or banking credentials at any point.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works for each billing cycle:

Include required information
Your registered email address, transaction ID (from your payment confirmation), and reason for the refund request
Await confirmation
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and provide a decision within 5 business days
Refund processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and payment method (see Section 6)
